Overview of the Role:


The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the Salesforce Scrum team, working alongside other administrators and developers, delivering solutions on the salesforce platform. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to have hands-on experience with a complex Salesforce org, develop new skills, take on new responsibilities, and work as part of a high performing agile scrum team.


Primary Job Duties: 

  • Oversee Salesforce support queue for internal employee and customer community user incidents and change requests
  • Is an advocate for best practices and encourages them on the team
  • Mentor junior administrators and delegate work where appropriate
  • Manage user provisioning for employees and Community Users
  • Complete configuration in sandbox environments, test, and deploy to other test environments/production via deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado
  • Complete end user training/new hire orientation sessions as necessary, promote adoption across business units
  • Manage OWD, sharing settings, profiles, and permission sets
  • Improve usability and design of all systems and document release notes
  • Contribute to production configuration (custom field and object creation and updates, page layouts, etc.)
  • Perform data management tasks, including data imports and mass updates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience administering and configuring at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Trailhead Expeditioner or better
  • Salesforce Administrator certification 
  • Experience implementing and managing third-party applications such as: Pardot, GetFeedback, DocuSign, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Dataloader.io, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of the SF licensing structure and various services offered by Salesforce
  • Proven experience with SFDC automation tools (Workflow, Visual Flow, Process Builder)

Technical Requirements:

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
