Overview of the Role:

The Office Operations Coordinator will keep our office running smoothly and ensure our employees have

the resources needed to work efficiently wherever they are located. This person has a keen customer

service orientation, is a self starter, and someone that looks for new and improved ways to run operations

in a geographically dispersed organization.


Primary Job Duties:

● Maintain the front desk and common areas and provide a first class experience to all employees

and guests at Privia

● Keep office supplies ordered and stocked and managed to budget

● Work with vendors to manage stock for snacks, mail, supplies, copiers, group lunch ordering, and

parking validation

● Regularly distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate outgoing mail and packages

● Will need to be able to occasionally lift and carry packages of up to 25 lbs

● Work with building and IT to coordinate maintenance and service requests

● Coordinate supply chain management between HQ and other markets

● Maintain safety protocols including OSHA compliance and floor wardens for the Headquarter office

● Work with leadership and management on office seating plans

● Assist in planning and executing company-wide events

● Provide administrative support as needed

● Coordinate distribution of employee gifts

● Assist with catering orders and set up for meetings and events as needed

● Identify opportunities for office environmental improvements and implement programs

● Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

● Knowledge of Google Suite

● Strong customer service skills and effective written and verbal communication skills

● Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

● Responsive

● Friendly and personable demeanor
