Overview of the Role:

This individual will work directly with market teams, Care Centers and vendor partners to ensure the growth and success of Privia’s various clinical programs. They will be responsible for a wide-variety of areas, including operations and provider engagement within existing programs, strategy and growth of clinical programs, and development and incubation of new clinical programs.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Aggregates, reviews and analyzes operational metrics and outcomes data of designated programs
  • Utilizes data, industry knowledge to develop plans to increase operational efficiency and engagement with current programs
  • Discusses data and actions with market teams & providers and care center staff to create accountability and engagement
  • Increases awareness of and knowledge of utility of clinical programs in achieving improved patient outcomes, patient and physician satisfaction, and reduction in the total cost of care 
  • Maintains ownership over designated clinical programs responsibilities including but not limited to distribution of revenue and coordination with finance team, performance against key metrics, patient and provider engagement, and vendor relationships
  • Demonstrates critical thinking to determine the best way to support clinical program efforts as needed given expertise, knowledge, and strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Clinical degree, Healthcare Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Familiar with EMR clinical workflows; strong preference for experience in athenaNet
  • Strong knowledge of Excel required; basic SQL understanding preferred
  • Ability to interact with all levels including senior management and influence decision-making
  • Able to grasp both clinical and business concepts; analytical, quantitative, and metrics driven
  • Project manager able to juggle multiple projects and urgent deliverables across a wide variety of teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work with, train, and collaborate with clinicians
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

  • Strategic – able to develop sophisticated relationships with network partners and payers
