Overview of the Role:


The Employer Solutions Success Manager will be a key early contributor to the development of Privia’s emerging Employer Solutions vertical.  Employer Solutions is focused on leveraging Privia’s suite of clinical and technology solutions to establish advanced, value-based partnerships with self-funded health plans and employers. 


The Success Manager will be responsible for implementing new clients, supporting existing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and building back-end operations.  A successful candidate will be a highly-experienced and successful operator, a “jack- or jill-of-all trades” comfortable with ambiguity and willing to stretch into new and different tasks as the business requires, and a strategic builder of programs and infrastructure.


Primary Job Duties: 


  • Lead new customer implementations by serving as the primary point of contact and project manager
  • Support the success of existing customers through relationship management, data-driven performance improvement, and strategic planning
  • Identify opportunity to improve upon, and build infrastructure to support, customer implementation and success “playbooks”
  • Serve as overall project manager for Employer Solutions vertical, organizing workstreams/tasks and coordinating efforts cross-functionally
  • Responsible for delivery of reporting, dashboards, and insights (weekly, monthly)
  • Manage communication of priorities to ensure execution of goals and milestones
  • Serve as primary point of contact in ensuring appropriate escalation of issues to internal teams and leadership
  • Manage stakeholder communication through regular meetings, status updates, and other written communications
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders including setting agenda and managing logistics
  • Willingness to travel to partners and customers in existing and new markets
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4-6 years experience managing complex operational projects in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with population health management, value-based care, employer health 
  • Experience with project management tools preferred
  • Comfortable manipulating data and running analysis
  • Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
