Overview of the Role: 

The Marketing Associate is a valuable member of Privia’s Growth division. The Marketing Associate supports demand generation efforts across email marketing, sales collateral, events, market intelligence, customer segmentation strategies, and general sales support. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, analytical and creative team player who excels in working cross-functionally and proactively finding ways to deliver value to the team and organization.

Primary Job Duties: 

• Develop campaign strategies and materials to ensure consistent and effective communication of Privia’s benefits and proof points to prospective physicians. Collaborate with marketing leadership and regional sales directors to learn from past campaigns and innovate based on market dynamics.
• Plan and execute activities to attract and nurture prospects including email marketing, webinars, thought leadership, social media, conferences, events, giveaways, and other key marketing tactics.
• Draft, build and send email campaigns in Pardot, utilizing A/B testing and segmentation strategies to meet or exceed email marketing KPIs.
• Optimize marketing processes and campaigns in marketing automation and CRM systems including template management, email development, list building, reporting, and attribution.
• Ensure a seamless handoff of warm leads and prospect intelligence to regional sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
• 2 years of sales, direct marketing and/or email marketing experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communicator who speaks with confidence and conviction
• Well organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with marketing automation solutions like Pardot and Salesforce preferred

Technical Requirements for Remote Work:

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
