Overview of the Role:

The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for owning specific software projects from requirements definition to launch and contributing as a team member on larger projects. The Product Owner works with key business stakeholders to define and convey business needs to the Software development and engineering team.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Clarify and document requirements
  • Verify Testing
  • Ensure enhancements are delivered in a high quality and timely manner
  • Manage incoming product requests from a variety of functional areas
  • Maintenance of existing projects
  • Track all projects on detailed timelines to meet deadlines and work with the Product Engineering team throughout the product lifecycle including scope definitions, roadmaps, use cases, requirements, user stories, project dependencies and QA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of prior requirements analysis experience, working directly with stakeholders and developers, or 1 year requirements analysis and 1 year QA, Technical writing, or similar
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Trailhead: Mountaineer or better
  • Familiarity with “Agile” methodologies, tools and practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, able to follow and enforce processes
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and frameworks, as necessary
  • Strong technical skills - candidate does not need to be a developer, but needs to be able to investigate technical issues
  • Willing and able to solve problems without depending on others
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulation 

Desired Qualifications

  • One or more Salesforce Consultant Certifications (Sales, Service, Community) 
  • Salesforce Pardot Specialist Certification
  • Salesforce Trailhead: Ranger
  • Bachelor's Degree

Technical Requirements:

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment.
