Overview of the Role:

Privia Health is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to optimize our digital marketing ecosystem, from enterprise websites and lead-generation campaigns to client support and a comprehensive online reputation management program. In this role, you will be primarily leading the digital strategy for our corporate account, but also a key contributor to how we support and innovate our website offerings to the 2,600+ providers we support. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously, and managing contractors and vendor partners. 

 

 

Primary Job Duties: 

  • Oversee and manage all enterprise web properties, including PriviaHealth.com and myPrivia.com, to support key company growth and engagement objectives
  • Understand and optimize how digital properties (such as websites, social media, online reviews, and email marketing) and content (including blogs, videos, podcasts, and infographics) work together to create an ideal brand & user experience
  • Work with sales & marketing team members to develop the appropriate digital infrastructure to efficiently track and measure results of lead generation campaigns 
  • Collaborate with business partners and outside agency to build and optimize data-driven search engine marketing and social media campaigns, and report on effectiveness
  • Present to stakeholders to elicit buy-in for key projects or investments, using storytelling and metrics to show how our digital strategy impacts our marketing efforts and organizational growth.
  • Proactively identify data or usability issues, identify possible causes and solutions, and execute fix or work across teams to resolve within a reasonable timeframe


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
  • 4+ years of experience with a track record of increasing responsibility
  • Strong proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress, highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with web development languages, such as HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
  • Thorough knowledge of project management practices and proven experience managing multiple projects/deadlines with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, or similar softwares, preferred
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new technologies
