Overview of the Role:

Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the Benefits Analyst functions as the primary point of contact for day-to-day benefits administration and strategy for Privia’s multi-site healthcare operation. This individual has direct responsibility for administration, client relations, processing terminations and enrollments, and answering questions coming from physicians/participants regarding our 401k and health & welfare plans.

This role is instrumental in assisting in the design, development and execution of multi-channel communications strategies for Privia Medical Group working in close partnership with the Finance, Marketing and Communication.

 

This individual will be a key contributor to the online platform, benefits administration site and other educational/training/compliance platforms.


Primary Job Duties: 


  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of care center benefits
  • Train and develop education materials and lead benefits education sessions
  • Manage monthly premium billing process for care centers
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process and ensure timely enrollment of new providers
  • Assist with design, development and execution of robust marketing and engagement strategies on Privia Medical Group’s Benefits and Compliances
  • Issue required plan disclosures and notices and oversee documentation and enrollment process with new physicians
  • Assist with the design, delivery and development of communications processes around our 401k
  • Coordinate annual reporting on utilization
  • Conduct training and orientation sessions with new providers to explain our plan offering
  • Partner with broker(s) to maintain Privia’s ERISA wrap document
  • Gather all necessary data for government filings
  • Create SOP, Manual and best practice for all markets.
  • Brainstorm strategies to promote benefits communication campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required, benefits designation preferred 
  • 3+ years administering benefits such as 401k, association health plans
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefit plan administration
  • Experience in benefits strategy and design preferred
  • Experience with digital and visual platforms and communication systems preferred
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
