Title/Position: Communications Associate, Patient Experience Department or Business Unit: Patient Experience Reports to: Manager, Patient Experience Employment Type: FTE Exemption Status: Exempt Experience: Entry Travel Required: None Location: Remote Overview of the Role: The Communications Associate, Patient Experience is responsible for executing marketing and communications campaigns and projects for a variety of key patient initiatives and tracking the efficacy of these efforts. These include strategic health reminder marketing and communications campaigns to improve quality and population health outcomes for our value-based contracts, educational messaging for our Medicare and Medicare Advantage populations, information about Privia’s robust specialty network and virtual health technology, appointment reminders, and more. The Communications Associate, Patient Experience must possess an organized, flexible, thoughtful approach to learning Privia’s proprietary patient marketing and communications technologies and advancing the patient communications campaign roadmap. S/he will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically, ensuring the success of our patient communications editorial processes, coordinating with Clinical leaders and Market presidents for approvals, and keeping the appropriate teams and stakeholders informed about the campaign schedule and results. We are looking for a self-starter who can work fast and smart, and is interested in tackling challenging opportunities. Primary Job Duties:

Technical Requirements: In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.bing.com/search?q=speedtest. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost. |
