Title/Position: Provider On-boarding Associate Department or Business Unit: Performance Employment Type: FTE Physical Demands Classification: Office Professional Exemption Status: EXEMPT Role Level: Associate Travel Required: 10% Location: Remote Overview of the Role: The Provider On-boarding Associate is a key member of the Performance team. This role oversees and drives Privia’s process in the welcoming and on-boarding process of a new provider at one of our partnered Care Centers. The Associate serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring that the new providers have a welcoming, positive and thorough on-boarding experience and that they are efficiently prepared to to be an engaged member of the medical group. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to remain in a stationary position; as well as communicate and exchange information. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus, specifically while looking at a computer screen. Technical Requirements for Remote Work: In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.bing.com/search?q=speedtest. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost. |
